Why We Listen
Combat Story exists to preserve stories that might otherwise go untold. Not as a performance, but as a record of what happened, shared by the people who lived it. Every conversation is shaped by listening. There are no set directions and no pressure to say more than you are ready to.
It is one veteran sitting across from another, giving the story the time and respect it deserves.

Combat Story was started because we believe every veteran carries a story worth hearing. Not for entertainment or clicks, but because these stories help us process what happened, honor the people we served with, and show the next generation what service actually looks like.
